Reserv is hiring a Data Analyst to uncover insights and build tools that drive decisions across the company.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain dashboards for executives and functional leaders
• Develop Python‑ and SQL‑based reports to understand claim lifecycle and operations
• Translate source systems into a standardized data model
• Investigate performance issues and provide data‑backed recommendations
• Serve as technical liaison between the data team and stakeholders
• Communicate insights through clear writing and presentations
• Help shape culture and processes on a growing data team

Requirements

• 2–4 years in data analytics, BI, or consulting
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large structured datasets
• Experience with Looker or similar BI tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating with technical and non‑technical partners
• Willingness to take on tasks beyond core specialty
