Salary range: $200,000-$220,000 base salary + bonus+ options

About the role

As an Engineering Manager at Reserv, you will lead a high-performing engineering team, driving the delivery of innovative, scalable, and reliable technology solutions aligned with our business goals. You'll work closely with the Director of Engineering and other senior leaders to shape our technical strategy, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our engineering culture supports both growth and innovation.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution—you'll mentor and develop engineers, optimize team processes, and champion a culture of quality, ownership, and customer focus. Your leadership will be essential in scaling the organization, enhancing technical capabilities, and making decisions that deliver meaningful impact.
