Reserv is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to shape data strategy and customer‑facing analytics. You’ll partner with enterprise customers, translate the claims lifecycle into structured data, and ship high‑quality analyses and tools.

What you’ll do

• Work in our modern data stack: Python, SQL, Postgres, Looker, dbt, AWS
• Serve as primary technical liaison for key enterprise customers
• Ship reporting code and ML‑informed tools to support customer needs
• Translate claims lifecycle into structured data and efficient collection processes
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for internal and customer use
• Communicate findings via clear writing and presentations
• Influence team culture, values, and processes as Reserv scales

Requirements

• 6–8+ years as an IC in data analytics or BI
• Strong SQL across large structured datasets
• Strong Python for analytics, modeling, or data manipulation
• Direct experience interfacing with high‑value customers
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical audiences
• Proven track record of high‑cadence, high‑quality output
