About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer on the AI Platform team, you will design, build, and maintain core backend infrastructure that healthcare providers rely on every day in high-stakes environments. You will drive architectural decisions, lead major initiatives end to end, and invest in observability, reliability, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect major product and platform capabilities leveraging the latest advancements in AI
• Anticipate system bottlenecks and proactively re-architect components before they impact customers
• Lead high-impact initiatives from system design through implementation and deployment
• Set a high bar for code quality and help evolve engineering processes to support high-quality shipping
• Flex up and down the stack as needed to deliver outcomes
