Location & Schedule

Mountain View, CA

• Hybrid 2 days/week onsite (Mon and Tue, 10am–3pm PT core hours)
• Office: 590 E Middlefield Rd, Mountain View, CA 94043
• Collaboration with Japan team (Honda/Drivemode): a few times per week between 5–7pm PT
• 5-10% travel within the US and Asia is required, depending on the project

Compensation

$150-190,000 base + bonuses and benefits

No equity or RSUs

Bonus Structure

• First‑year bonus: ~12.5–25%
• 2nd year bonus: ~17.5% to 35%
• 3rd year bonus ~25% to 50%

This is the position's total compensation package including the company's bonus structure. This position also comes with full benefits. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.
