As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you will be a key technical leader, driving architecture and development of Ambiance’s AI-powered healthcare applications. You will work across the stack, from intuitive web interfaces to scalable backend services, ensuring seamless integration, reliability, and high performance. Your contributions will directly improve clinical workflow efficiency while mentoring engineers and driving best practices.
Frontend vs backend split? It will vary depending on the specific project, but a safe estimate would be around a 50/50 split between frontend and backend work. That said, they’re open to candidates who lean more heavily in one direction, whether that's 60 to 70 percent frontend or backend, so long as a candidate is comfortable contributing across the stack.
